Lou Nobilé - Founder & Chairman
Lou Nobilé leads CitySpotlight with more than 20 years of executive and technology experience. Lou founded CitySpotlight in 2003 after serving Equifax, Inc as Vice President of Technology.
Prior to Equifax, Lou's innovations at Naviant, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer led to increased revenue and expanded product lines raising the company from a $20 million valuation to a $135 million sale during his 18-month tenure.

Ken Schwartz - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schwartz comes to CitySpotlight as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Ken has spent the last 10 years involved in taking internet companies with enabling technologies, and scaling such companies to highly profitable organizations.
Prior to joining CitySpotlight, Ken was the COO of Xacti, an internet company focused primarily in the internet yellow pages market. Before Xacti, Ken was the Executive Vice President of Seisint, Inc. (Accurint), a data and technology company purchased by LexisNexis in 2004 for $775 million. The Seisint transaction was the largest dollar acquisition of a private company in 2004 and was named Fortune Magazine's "Deal of the Year".

Lyndon Griffin - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Griffin is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of CitySpotlight's production and infrastructure systems, including operational oversight. Lyndon comes to CitySpotlight after serving as Senior Systems Engineer at Equifax, Inc., where his primary responsibilities focused on the integration of technologies brought to Equifax from acquired companies. Mr. Griffin began his career as a systems consultant at MRJ Technology Solutions, Inc., developing marketing solutions for financial institutions.

Michael Rich - Vice President of Sales
Michael Rich comes to CityTwist as the Company's Vice President of Sales. Michael has spent the last 10 years building very successful start-ups, and growing the companies to highly profitable organizations.
Prior to joining CityTwist, Michael was Director of Sales & Marketing for Petplace.com, an internet company focused primarily on the health of Pets. Before that, Michael was Vice President of Sales at eDirect.com, an email marketing company which merged with Naviant and was purchased by Equifax in 2002 for $135 million.

Jason Elston comes to CityTwist as the Vice President of Operations. Mr. Elston's 10 years of sales and marketing experience have honed his exceptional management skills. He provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization. Mr. Elston's focus on maximizing growth and profitability, as well as his day-to-day leadership and management of company operations have proven indispensible to the growth
